NOW OFFERING 10,000 SIGN ON BONUS****** Salary Range Hourly: $26.
98 - $43.
17 Salary Range Annually: $56,118.
40 - $89,793.
60 Sign On Bonus Pay Out Schedule: 5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 6 months, and 2,500 after 1 year The ICU Registered Nurse prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned patients.
They carry out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice, medical direction, and hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units; participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel.
The ANA’s standards apply to all nurses in all settings, and additional specialty standards apply to all specialty nurse’s defining what is a competent or an excellent clinician.

Must have experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Client utilizes Allscripts Paragon Must be able to read vital signs and provide injections/vaccinations Must be able and willing to float without hesitation 2 bed unit (step-down unit nursing position that must float to Med Surge and regular ICU) Patient ratio is 2:1 4 to 6 week orientation before going on to the floor- Hands- On Training Client will give tour of unit at interview Under general supervision, plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift, in accordance with established philosophy.

" Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: One year of nursing experience related to a specialty area preferred; one year of medical surgical nursing experience required.
Telemetry and ICU experience required Required Skills: Current N.

N.
license.
ACLS Certification required; PALS Certification recommended.
Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia experience required.
PCCN or CCRN Certification preferred.
Ability to learn and adapt.
Ability to direct others.
